Had left over chicken wings!!!!
Chicken pot pie skillet 👍.
This is all left overs and pantry finds
1 can cream of chicken
Baby carrots sliced
Left over chicken/wings( minced or chopped whatever your preference)
Dry stuffing
Herbs provenance
Parsley
Potatoes quartered or smaller
Chicken stock
Barley or left over white rice
Salt pepper
Can be done in skillet or baking dish.
In a pan heat minced chicken. add to skillet, with cream of chicken.
Meanwhile add vegetables to pan with a small amount of broth. Cook off broth add more repeat 3 times or until carrots look soft.
Then add to skillet. Top w herb provance, dry stuffing,salt pepper to taste place in oven 30 minutes at 325.
Add rice or barley if to salty or spicey

So I picked this recipe up from taste made.very simple 2 ingredient recipe.
1 Avacodo
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Optional
Chives
Dill
Pre heat oven 425
Meanwhile split avacodo pit it. Dig out 2 tablespoons out of each side of the avacodo. Crack eggs in avocado bake for 15 minute or until eggs are cook.
Take out of oven spice to taste, and eat.

Well times are tough again and I've started going to the pantry again.
Today I got mostly canned and dry goods.
Which are just as good as fresh ingredients!
Box of angel hair Speggetti 8 serving woohoo.
Armour cheese and jalapeno sausages
Pasta sauce.
Very simple pasta meat and sauce.
Boil water. Add salt and noodles.
Cook until al dente.
(If you are unsure if noodles are done or not if you throw one at the fridge and it sticks its done. )
Cook sausages cut them into bit sized pieces add to pasta add sauce bam Spicy speggetti and meat sauce. Very filling and nutrious with your meat veggies and dairy.

Lazy coq au vin In a pressure cooker
1 large sliced onion
5 minced garlic clove
3 large carrots sliced and peeled
5 large stalks celery sliced
6 chicken legs
2 cartons chicken stock
3 tbs olive oil
2 slices of ham diced or 1 ham steak diced
8 oz burgundy marinated mushrooms sliced
Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil. If able to sauté in cooker. If not a fry pan is okay.
Transfer onions and garlic into cooker. add chicken stock turn on high or if you have a soup setting use it. add pepper if desired.
Meanwhile brown chicken slightly on all sides. Use olive oil. Then add to the pot.
Add ham, and veggies. Cover and pressure cook for 25 minutes.
Then debone chicken if desired. Then serve
Use other spices if desired. Fresh Rosemary, parsley, dill, or thyme.
