milanesa steak wraps
This is a good summer dish. It's decent for baking or grilling.
South Pacific style
Milanesa steak serv size 2 per person
Salt
Pepper
Water chest nuts canned
Bacon
Sweet baby rays or a spicy sweet and sour sauce
Tooth picks or butcher's twine
Gently cook bacon medium low until evenly cooked but not crisp
Mean while cut water chest nuts in to small strips
Then salt and pepper milanesa lightly
Lay milanesa flat and add .5 -1 strip bacon then add chestnuts in an even layer approx 10 slices. Firm roll but not to tight.
Sear all sides and grill or bake for 30 minutes at 375 or until done.
