, this week I kind of have to scratch my head at what the food pantry had, mostly  because it was all sheer dumb luck that I could use it all to make some decent ramen noodles, and few meals of pan fried noodles and veggies

How you should make ramen noodles whether it's stove top, nissen, or sappiro

Pick
2-4 veggies
1-3 protein

if it's inexpensive  brand match twith the flavor i.e. chicken with chicken flavor, unless your using fish for a protein using or multiple proteins
  Tonight I used

Chinese celery
Carrots
Onions
Pork

Sappiro  Japanese  noodles i.e. fancy oriental flavored ramen.

Pan fried noodles  cook up ramen w/o seasoning
Pick
Veggie
Protein
Fry and add noodles
